El 2024 es van registrar 100.000 compravendes, un 8,4% m\u00e9s que el 2023, i nom\u00e9s el gener del 2025 les transaccions van augmentar un 5,5% addicional, segons dades dels Registradors. Aquest creixement, en un context d&#8217;encariment sostingut, ha portat els experts a analitzar els motius darrere aquesta tend\u00e8ncia. A <strong>Qualia Habitat <\/strong>t\u2019expliquem per qu\u00e8 es continua comprant malgrat els alts preus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un dels impulsors principals \u00e9s l&#8217;estabilitat econ\u00f2mica. La recuperaci\u00f3 de l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 i el creixement general de l\u2019economia han creat un entorn favorable per a la inversi\u00f3 immobili\u00e0ria. Tot i aix\u00f2, el veritable motor del mercat \u00e9s l&#8217;escassa oferta disponible. Les restriccions urban\u00edstiques i els alts costos per desenvolupar noves promocions han limitat significativament la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;habitatge nou, especialment a zones d&#8217;alta demanda, on els compradors han de prendre decisions r\u00e0pides davant la manca d&#8217;opcions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamb\u00e9 hi influeixen les condicions de finan\u00e7ament. Amb tipus d&#8217;inter\u00e8s fixos al voltant del 2%, moltes persones consideren m\u00e9s rendible comprar que llogar, sobretot despr\u00e9s de les regulacions que han redu\u00eft l&#8217;oferta d&#8217;habitatges de lloguer a Catalunya. Aquesta situaci\u00f3 ha generat una pressi\u00f3 addicional sobre el mercat de compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cultura de la propietat t\u00e9 un altre paper rellevant. A Catalunya, com a la resta del pa\u00eds, hi ha una forta prefer\u00e8ncia per ser propietari. El 76% dels espanyols viuen en un habitatge de la seva propietat, davant del 50% a pa\u00efsos com Alemanya. Aquesta mentalitat, unida a la percepci\u00f3 de l&#8217;habitatge com a valor refugi davant de la inflaci\u00f3, enforteix la demanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalment, Catalunya continua sent una destinaci\u00f3 atractiva per a inversors i compradors estrangers.
